We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason you are not happy, simply return the regular priced items in its original condition within 7 days of post-marked date for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Sale items, limited edition collections, accessories, intimates, handbags, skin care and home goods items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

 

In addition, custom orders and Pre-orders are not cancellable! 

To return goods, simply email yzgriffinco@gmail.com to request an RA# (Return Authorization Number) prior to sending your item(s) back.

 

Returns are usually processed within a 3-4 business days of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment unless store credit is requested.

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges (actual shipping cost by us)  are non-refundable. Please be sure to add a tracking number so you can verify the package has arrived.  We are not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.

 

All returns will be subject to inspection. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Returns received in worn condition cannot be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.

 

GASTOWN STORE POLICY

Our Gastown store only offer exchange or store credit on your returns & exchange within 7days of the original date of purchase.
